→ClicknShare is an AI-powered photo discovery platform for events.
→The service uses facial recognition to match users with event photos.
→We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in facial matching.

3. User Responsibilities

→You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
→You must provide accurate information including your real phone number.
→You may not use the service to identify other people without their consent.
→You may not attempt to bypass or abuse the face recognition system.

4. Intellectual Property

→Event photos remain the property of the event photographer/organiser.
→ClicknShare grants you a personal, non-commercial license to download your own photos.
→You may not distribute, sell, or commercially use event photos without photographer permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

→ClicknShare is provided 'as is' without any warranty of any kind.
→We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
→Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (if any).

6. Governing Law

→These terms are governed by the laws of India.
→Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
→The Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023 applies to all data processing.
